SPEECT - ORAL

Tu’u  ki luga!  Get up!  You;re going to be late!!  I know many of you have heard this often in your homes..   Sleep is good, real good, so good we often don’t want to get up and go!

Who here loves sleep?   Well I do.  You might be told  you’re being lazy, but I’m here today to tell you sleep  is good

REAl good!

Sleep gives your body a rest and allows it to prepare for the next day. It's like giving your body a mini-Holiday. Sleep also gives your brain a chance to sort things out. When your body doesn't have enough hours to rest, you may feel tired or cranky, or you may be unable to think clearly. You might have a hard time following directions, or you might have an argument with a friend over something really stupid. Thx for lesing to my  speect.

HOPE YOU INJOY
